you can do all of that in our comfortable rooms in Toblach in the Dolomites.
We have four room categories (Comfort, Comfort Superior, Junior Suite, Suite) which are all individually designed in a traditional style: high quality materials such as light-coloured wood furniture, including pinewood furniture, bathroom, WC, sitting area, TV and balcony.
All rooms can be reserved with breakfast or half-board and offer you wonderful views of the surrounding nature. Towards the south, you can see the Dolomite Mountains, to the north you are welcomed by the Pfannhorn mountain, the vast meadows and the forest.
Please note that for reasons of hygiene, pets are not permitted.

All prices are per person per day and for a minimum stay of 4 days. Less than 4 days will incur a 20% surcharge.
A local residence tax of € 3,20 per person and day is charged upon arrival (from 14 years).
Extra charge for full board: € 35,00 - Extra charge for single bedroom: € 15,00 - Bed and Breakfast on request.

Reductions for children in their parents' bedroom:
- aged up to 3 years € 30,00 in a cot
- 4-11 years -40% reduction on half board price
- 12-13 years -30% reduction on half board price
- from 14 years -10% reduction
- for each extra adult in the room -10% reduction
General conditions:
All prices are per person per day with half board and for a minimum stay of 4 days. In the event of early departures or late arrivals, the price of the room will be charged for the booked period.
Invoices may be paid in Euro, with creditcard or cash card.
Arrival 2 pm, departure until 10 am.
Cancellation policy:
- Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge.
A deposit of 30% of the total price is due at the time of booking. Deposits cannot be refunded but can be used for a next stay at our hotel.
- Cancellations made between 30 and 2 days prior to arrival will incur a 50% cancellation fee on the total amount of your stay.
- In case of cancellation 2 days before arrival or in case of no-show we have to charge 100% of the total amount.
- Cancellations are only accepted in writing.
The cancellation conditions are valid regardless of whether the cancelled rooms are re-let in full or in part.

Südtirol Guest Pass:
As we wish to remain independent and are therefore not members of the tourism association, we unfortunately cannot offer our guests the Südtirol Guest Pass. Thank you for your understanding!
